Dieses in Jugoslawien erstveröffentlichte Werk ist gemeinfrei, weil seine Urheberrechte nach dem jugoslawischen Urheberrechtsgesetz von 1978, das eine urheberrechtliche Schutzfrist von 50 Jahren nach dem Tod des Urhebers oder der Urheberin und für Fotographien oder Werke der angewandten Kunst von 25 Jahren vorsah, abgelaufen sind. Dies gilt für Werke, die vor der Auflösung der Sozialistischen Föderativen Republik Jugoslawien im Jahr 1991 veröffentlicht wurden.

Die Werk erfüllt eines der folgenden Kriterien:

a) Werk eines bekannten Urhebers, der vor dem 1. Januar 1941 verstarb
b) Werk eines unbekannten Urhebers, das vor dem 1. Januar 1941 veröffentlicht wurde
c) Fotographie oder Werk der angewandten Kunst, das vor dem 1. Januar 1966 veröffentlicht wurde

Es muss eine Quelle angegeben sein, damit der Status überprüft werden kann.

Nach diesen Stichdaten werden die Vorlagen der jugoslawischen Nachfolgestaaten verwendet: {{PD-Slovenia}}, {{PD-Croatia}}, {{PD-Bosnia and Herzegovina}}, {{PD-Macedonia}}, {{PD-Montenegro}} oder {{PD-Serbia}}.

This Croatian work is in the public domain because its copyright expired pursuant to the Yugoslav Copyright Act of 1978 and the succeeding Croatian Copyright Act of 1991 (NN 53/91 and 58/93), which provided for copyright term of the life of the author plus fifty years, respectively 25 years for photograph or a work of applied art (details). This applies to works already in the public domain on or before July 27th, 1999, when the law was changed.

The work meets one of the following criteria:

a) it is a work of known authorship and the author died before January 1st, 1949
b) it is an anonymous work and it was published before January 1st, 1949
c) a photograph or a work of applied art published before January 1, 1974

A source should be included so that the status can be verified.

Note that other works enter the public domain 70 years after the author's death or 70 years after publication if the work was published anonymously. If this is the case please use {{PD-old-70}}.

Parallel zu dieser Lizenz muss auch ein Lizenzbaustein für die United States public domain gesetzt werden, um anzuzeigen, dass dieses Werk auch in den Vereinigten Staaten gemeinfrei ist. Beachte bitte auch, dass einige wenige Länder eine Schutzfrist von mehr als 70 Jahren haben: in Mexiko sind es 100 Jahre, 95 in Jamaika, 80 in Kolumbien; Guatemala und Samoa haben jeweils 75 Jahre, Werke aus der Sowjetunion haben 74 Jahre Schutzfrist für bestimmte Autoren. Diese Datei ist eventuell nicht gemeinfrei in den genannten Ländern, die darüber hinaus nicht den Schutzfristenvergleich anwenden. Die Honduras hat eine allgemeine Schutzfrist von 75 Jahren, aber in diesem Land wird der Schutzfristenvergleich angewandt.
